基于产品生命周期理论的新能源绿色汽车造型设计研究

【摘要】:生命周期是指一种产品从设计理念的提出,开采原料,经过加工、制造、包装、运输、销售、直至进入使用阶段,最终再进入循环系统重复使用或作为废弃物处理的过程。然而,产品生命周期不同于生命周期的是,,产品生命周期指代某一产品在市场上的营销生命。 汽车产业作为如今发展最迅速但同时也是耗能巨大的产业之一,相对于国外对于新能源绿色概念汽车的研究,国内在新能源绿色汽车的设计研究上还远远不足。产品生命周期理论在汽车产业中的应用作为一个新兴理论,对于研究和制造新能源绿色概念汽车具有重大的意义,产品生命周期不仅存在于所有产品之中,同时也是衡量一个产品是否具有“绿色性”、“可持续性”的重要指标。 本文通过大量对产品生命周期理论的研究,重新设计和规划了产品的生命周期曲线并从中找寻延长产品生命周期的方法:利用模块化设计、改良设计和“从摇篮到摇篮”设计方法应用于新能源绿色概念汽车产品的设计中,设计了一套比较完整的陆路交通系统。这种陆路交通系统除了可以满足消费者基本的出行需求外,利用模块化的设计使产品更加具有个性化,既然方便维修也易于更换部件,使得所设计的新能源绿色概念汽车的产品生命周期得以延长。在造型设计上,本文不仅系统的概述了新能源绿色概念汽车的分类以及各类型新能源绿色概念汽车的造型特点、动力来源、材料、性能等多方面因素,这为自主性设计新能源绿色汽车的造型设计提供了可靠的依据。
[Abstract]:Life cycle refers to the process of a product from the concept of design, mining raw materials, processing, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, marketing, until the stage of use, and finally into the recycling system reuse or as waste disposal process. However, the product life cycle is different from the life cycle. The product life cycle refers to the marketing life of a product in the market. The automobile industry is one of the most rapidly developing but also one of the most energy-consuming industries. Compared with the foreign research on the new energy green concept automobile, the domestic design and research of the new energy green car is still far from enough. The application of product life cycle theory in automobile industry as a new theory has great significance for the research and manufacture of new energy green concept automobile. Product life cycle not only exists in all products. It is also an important indicator of whether a product is green and sustainable. In this paper, through a lot of research on product life cycle theory, we redesign and plan the product life cycle curve and find a way to extend the product life cycle: using modular design, The improved design and the "cradle to cradle" design method are applied to the design of new energy green concept automobile products, and a relatively complete land transportation system is designed. In addition to meeting the basic travel needs of consumers, this land transportation system uses modular design to make the products more personalized, and since it is easy to maintain and replace components, So that the design of the new energy concept car product life cycle can be extended. In the aspect of modeling design, this paper not only summarizes the classification of new energy green concept vehicle, but also summarizes the modeling characteristics, power source, material, performance and so on of all kinds of new energy green concept vehicle. This provides a reliable basis for the independent design of green new energy vehicles.
