河南区域格力电器经销商批量开发分析

【摘要】:本文首先对河南省格力地市级经销商批量授信客群的基本情况及A银行的基本情况进行了具体分析,详细介绍了目前河南省内2000余家格力经销商的具体运营情况及对资金的渴求,也详细介绍了A银行总分行的大概情况,特别是突出了A银行大力发展中小企业的战略。然后对A银行批量开发的现状进行简单的概述。然后对批量开发前后A银行与格力经销商的合作现状进行分析,具体包括:商业模式分析、准入策略、担保方式、授信额度、业务流程操作、风险及缓释因素分析等。再次对该批量开发方案存在的优势、不足及建议进行阐述,重点说明该批量开发方案存在的不足及改进建议。最后总结格力经销商批量授信及对其他经营品牌的借鉴意义。河南省格力地市级经销商批量授信方案的落地,突破“个体授信”的繁琐操作,实现“集群授信”转变,提高了贷款工作效率。批量授信区别于一般贷款模式典型特点,在于银行把同种类型的小企业归结在一起,建立起统一营销和授信方式,克服了一般贷款模式下小企业数量多、分布散及流程慢的缺点,实现单笔操作多笔业务发展标准化运作,有效提高了工作效率。也使企业摆脱了“抵押为本”的桎梏,实现“信用贷款”的转变,有效破解了小企业抵押难造成的融资困境。这对于我国中小企业的发展具有良好的促进作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the basic situation of the batch credit group of Gree dealers in Henan Province and the basic situation of Bank A. This paper introduces in detail the specific operation of more than 2000 Gree dealers in Henan Province at present and their thirst for capital. It also introduces the general situation of Bank A Branch in detail, especially highlights the strategy of developing small and medium-sized enterprises in Bank A. Then a simple overview of the status of A Bank batch development. Then it analyzes the current situation of cooperation between Bank A and Gree Dealer before and after the batch development, including: business model analysis, access strategy, guarantee method, credit line, business process operation, risk and release factor analysis and so on. The advantages, disadvantages and suggestions of the batch development scheme are expounded again, with emphasis on the shortcomings and improvement suggestions of the batch development scheme. Finally, Gree dealer batch credit and other business brand reference significance. In order to break through the tedious operation of "individual credit", realize the transformation of "cluster credit" and improve the efficiency of loan work, Gree's wholesale credit scheme of Gree city in Henan Province has landed. The typical characteristic of batch credit is that the bank puts the same type of small enterprises together, establishes a unified marketing and credit mode, and overcomes the large number of small enterprises under the general loan mode. The shortcomings of distributed and slow flow can realize the standardization of single-stroke operation and multi-stroke operation, and improve the working efficiency effectively. It also makes the enterprise get rid of the shackles of "mortgage-oriented", realize the transformation of "credit loan", and effectively solve the financing dilemma caused by the difficulty of mortgage in small enterprises. This for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has a good role in promoting.
