平台企业网络自组织形成机理研究--以淘宝网为例

【摘要】:基于自组织视角,本文以淘宝网为例对平台企业网络自组织形成机理进行探究。通过案例分析发现:平台企业网络自组织形成过程中,平台企业的功能经历了从营销刺激、强势引导到基础服务和规则维护的转变,平台企业网络内中小企业间的关系经历了从无联系、初联系到自聚合和自重构的转变;相应地在各参与者的互动中平台企业网络的自组织顺次经历了自创生、自发展、自放大和自适应四个阶段。通过对平台企业网络自组织过程的分析发现,平台企业与中小企业的关系已取代科层组织(事业部结构)中的总部与部门的关系而成为互联网背景下微观经济活动的主导方式,无论是基于平台的中小企业的横向联合,还是传统科层制的纵向分立,都体现了这一共性特征。
[Abstract]:Based on self-organization perspective, this paper takes Taobao as an example to explore the formation mechanism of platform enterprise network self-organization. Through the case study, it is found that during the formation of the platform enterprise network self-organization, the function of the platform enterprise has undergone a transformation from marketing stimulation, strong guidance to basic service and rule maintenance. The relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises in the platform enterprise network has experienced the transformation from no relation to self-aggregation and self-reconfiguration; accordingly, the self-organization of the platform enterprise network has experienced self-creation and self-development in the interaction of various participants. Self-amplification and self-adaptation are four stages. Through the analysis of the self-organization process of platform enterprise network, it is found that the relationship between platform enterprise and small and medium-sized enterprises has replaced the relationship between headquarters and department in branch organization (division structure) and has become the dominant mode of microeconomic activities under the background of Internet. Both the horizontal combination of medium and small enterprises based on platform and the vertical separation of traditional branch system embody this common feature.
