电力负荷管理系统的研究设计

【摘要】:电力负荷管理系统实现了从变电站到供电线路再至电力用户的综合供用电监测、控制和管理,为电力企业掌握实时供用电信息、合理调度电力生产和供应、改善电网负荷曲线、提高供电服务质量、提高营销管理水平等,提供了有效的技术支撑。总结了我国电力负荷管理系统体系的现状,分析了新的经济发展形势对负荷管理系统提出的新要求。根据我国电力负荷管理系统主站典型的集成方案,提出了可行的主站设计思路,同时对电力负荷管理系统的通讯方式进行了总结,重点对无线专网和公网的模式进行了阐述。结合自己的工作实践经验,对电力负荷管理终端的设计进行了详细论述,并在可靠性的设计中验证了许多思路与观点。重点阐述了交流采样算法和具体的实现过程。
[Abstract]:The power load management system realizes the integrated power supply monitoring, control and management from substation to power supply line to power user. It can be used to control the real-time information of power supply and power supply, to dispatch power production and supply reasonably, and to improve the load curve of power network. Improve the quality of power supply service, improve the level of marketing management, and provide effective technical support. This paper summarizes the current situation of electric power load management system in China, and analyzes the new requirements for load management system put forward by the new economic development situation. According to the typical integration scheme of power load management system in China, this paper puts forward a feasible design idea of master station, summarizes the communication mode of power load management system, and expounds the mode of wireless private network and public network. The design of power load management terminal is discussed in detail, and many ideas and viewpoints are verified in reliability design. The AC sampling algorithm and its implementation process are described in detail.
