基于GIS的太原地区电网智能营配一体化实用研究

【摘要】:电力作为国民经济与社会运行的支柱,它的发展对我国的改革开放事业影响重大。营配一体化体系结合GIS、通信、计算机等技术,打破以往供电公司中系统运行和管理的不协调、配网数据与营销体系相互独立的局面,实现业务的跨部门管理,打通各个环节之间的间隔。论文首先从营配一体化理论着手,研究营配一体化系统内涵、系统应用、系统建设目标与系统设计思路等。论文研究营配一体化系统结构,分析配网管理各个部门,涉及生产系统、供电可靠性系统、营销系统、工程管理系统、计量自动化系统等,并基于GIS系统和网络信息系统构建综合性的集成管理平台。论文最后围绕太原电网营配一体化平台建设项目,开展GIS系统和信息平台详细设计。研究GIS系统设计的三大核心,包括系统技术组成、物理组成和服务组成;研究电力信息平台的建设目标、平台结构设计、平台实施等环节。论文分析太原营配一体化项目实施过程,以太原供电公司发展现状为基础,研究平台建设安排与工程实施细节,对工程数据收集方案详细展开,并对平台应用进行实例化分析。项目建设最终如期完成,在实际应用中对供电公司业务运营促进巨大。配网营配一体化平台的建立,有效支撑了供电公司的管理运作。实现公司管理的快速、高效、科学运行,使供电公司通过技术创新、平台创新,实现业务创新、管理创新。
[Abstract]:As the pillar of national economy and social operation, the development of electric power has a great influence on the cause of reform and opening up. Combined with GIS, communication and computer technology, the integrated system of operation and distribution breaks the disharmony of system operation and management in power supply companies in the past, and the distribution network data and marketing system are independent of each other, so as to realize the inter-departmental management of business. Break through the intervals between each link. Firstly, this paper studies the connotation, system application, system construction goal and system design idea of camp and distribution integration system from the perspective of the theory of camp and distribution integration. This paper studies the structure of the integrated system, analyzes the distribution network management departments, including production system, power supply reliability system, marketing system, engineering management system, measurement automation system, etc. And based on GIS system and network information system, a comprehensive integrated management platform is constructed. Finally, the GIS system and information platform are designed in detail around the integrated platform construction project of Taiyuan Power Grid. This paper studies the three key parts of GIS system design, including system technical composition, physical composition and service composition, the construction goal of electric power information platform, platform structure design, platform implementation and so on. Based on the development of Taiyuan Power supply Company, this paper analyzes the implementation process of Taiyuan Integrated Operation and Distribution Project, studies the details of platform construction and project implementation, develops the project data collection scheme in detail, and analyzes the application of the platform. The construction of the project was completed as scheduled, and the operation of the power supply company was greatly promoted in the practical application. The establishment of integrated platform of distribution network management and distribution has effectively supported the management and operation of power supply companies. To realize the rapid, efficient and scientific operation of the company's management, to make the power supply company realize business innovation and management innovation through technological innovation, platform innovation, and management innovation.
