开滦中润煤化工有限公司企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:经济的发展与能源密不可分,中国作为能源大国,也为其经济飞速发展奠定了坚实的基础。尤其是煤化工产业发展如日中天,带动了与其相关的焦化行业发展和相关下游产品的推广。由于焦化行业等煤化工相关领域的入门门槛较低,企业的数量众多但规模普遍较小,竞争格局较为混乱,主要是生产粗放型企业为主。为此,给行业的规范发展带来了极大的问题,也造成了能源的浪费,为煤化工行业的健康发展设置了重重阻碍。国家也在这一领域出台了一系列的宏观调控措施和政策,以规范这一行业的生产经营行为。目前,中国经济飞速发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,面对紧张的市场供求关系,开滦中润煤化工有限公司为了获得更好的发展,也反思了自身存在的一些问题,本文依据公司的实际生产经营状况,为提升开滦中润煤化工有限公司发展战略提供参考性意见。首先,对主要相关的发展战略理论进行概括性阐述,主要有Meyer等学者的核心能力理论、James F.Moore提出的多元化业态选择战略、David J.Collins和Cynthia A.Motgomery一体化增长战略等。其次,对开滦中润煤化工有限公司发展现状进行分析,主要包括公司的基本情况、公司存在的问题等。然后,开滦中润煤化工有限公司从内部和外部两个方面对公司的发展战略进行了环境分析。其中,内部分析具体包括以下几个方面:财务、人力资源、生产经营、公司资源、核心能力等,另外还对公司内部因素进行了矩阵分析评价(IFE)。外部宏观环境的分析包括:政策和经济环境分析、行业和社会环境分析,即PEST分析法。另外,对开滦中润煤化工有限公司发展战略进行策略制定,针对公司所面对复杂的外部的宏观环境和公司内部环境,作了SWOT分析和开滦中润发展策略选择分析,基本思路和战略指导思想,开滦中润煤化工有限公司发展思路,并对公司未来的发展目标和指导思想进行了战略部署,进一步确定了详细具体的发展规划和措施。最后,为了应对外部变化的市场环境,提高开滦中润煤化工有限公司的整体竞争力,开滦中润煤化工有限公司建立了一些有效的保障体系,从人力资源开发、资本运营、技术创新和资源保障方面进行竞争力的提升。塑造公司品牌培养核心竞争力,实施精细化管理,强化信息资源整合能力,强化全面风险管理,推进产业升级、改善组织管理形式,从横向和纵向全面实现一体化发展,提升市场营销能力和市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:The development of economy and energy are inseparable. As a big energy country, China has laid a solid foundation for its rapid economic development. Especially, coal chemical industry has been developing rapidly, which has promoted the development of coking industry and the promotion of related downstream products. Due to the low threshold of entry in coal and chemical industry such as coking industry, the number of enterprises is numerous but the scale is generally small, the competition pattern is more chaotic, mainly the production of extensive enterprises. Therefore, it has brought great problems to the standard development of the industry, also caused the waste of energy, and set a lot of obstacles for the healthy development of coal and chemical industry. The state has also issued a series of macro-control measures and policies in this field to regulate the production and operation of this industry. At present, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. has also reflected on some of its existing problems in order to achieve better development in the face of the tight market supply and demand relationship. According to the actual production and management situation of the company, this paper provides reference advice for promoting the development strategy of Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. First of all, the main related development strategy theory is summarized, including the core competence theory of Meyer and other scholars, the diversification strategy proposed by James F.Moore, the integrated growth strategy of David J.Collins and Cynthia A.Motgomery, and so on. Secondly, the development of Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Then, Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. carries on the environment analysis to the company's development strategy from the internal and external aspects. The internal analysis includes the following aspects: finance, human resources, production and management, corporate resources, core competence, etc. In addition, the internal factors of the company are evaluated by matrix analysis and (IFE). The analysis of external macro environment includes: policy and economic environment analysis, industry and social environment analysis, I. E. PEST analysis. In addition, the development strategy of Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd is formulated, and the SWOT analysis and Kailuan Zhongrun development strategy selection analysis are made in view of the complex external macro environment and the internal environment faced by the company. The basic thinking and strategic guiding ideology, the development ideas of Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., and the strategic deployment of the company's future development objectives and guiding ideology are also given, and the detailed and concrete development plans and measures are further determined. Finally, in order to cope with the changing external market environment and improve the overall competitiveness of Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., Kailuan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. has established some effective safeguard systems, from the development of human resources and capital operation. Technological innovation and resource security to enhance competitiveness. Mold the company's brand to cultivate core competitiveness, implement fine management, strengthen the ability to integrate information resources, strengthen comprehensive risk management, promote industrial upgrading, improve the form of organizational management, and achieve integrated development both horizontally and vertically.
