基于微信平台的医疗就诊系统设计与实现

【摘要】：微信作为推动移动互联应用发展的一个时代新产物,彻底地颠覆了人们传统的生活习惯,也促进了相关行业的加速变革。我们亲眼目睹了微信给我们带来的生活便利和交流方式的改变,而作为微信的一部分,微信公众平台更是给各大传统行业、新兴媒体、移动互联网、社交、网上购物、营销等提供了一个全新的发展模式和服务平台。鉴于此,星网锐捷数字标牌研发部提出建立全方位的微信医疗就诊系统,提供全流程微信医疗服务,通过关注微信公众号为就诊人群提供更加快捷的就诊服务,从而有效改善“三长一短”的就医状态,改变传统医疗就诊模式,完善医疗信息系统,创造全新的医疗就诊服务和发展模式,从而改变各大医疗机构的整体公众形象。论文以微信公众号及医疗就诊流程为基础,分析了当前医院就诊人群的就诊流程及服务的发展现状,提出开发微信医疗。根据医疗就诊服务的应用场景及需求确定了解决方案和技术措施。基于微信平台的医疗就诊系统提供医疗信息查询、预约就诊、自主取号、叫号、微信支付等服务,该系统选择MEAN作为开发框架,数据库服务器为非关系型数据库MongoDB,使用JSON作为数据存储格式及交互方式。该系统是在MEAN框架进行开发的,设计上划分为以微信管理平台和微信服务两大模块,前者实现对服务的管理和维护,后者为微信用户提供就诊服务,两者结合起来通过微信平台来来完成整个医疗就诊系统的功能。在论文的最后一部分对基于微信平台的医疗就诊系统的主要功能和接口设计测试用例来测试其功能的完成情况和系统的整体运行情况,从而检测系统的功能与需求分析设计是否相符合,能否满足客户需求,来实现基于微信平台的医疗就诊服务。
[Abstract]:WeChat, as a new product of the development of mobile Internet applications, has completely subverted people's traditional life habits and accelerated the transformation of related industries. We have witnessed the changes in the way we live and communicate with WeChat, and as part of WeChat, the WeChat public platform is for traditional industries, emerging media, mobile Internet, social networking, and online shopping. Marketing provides a new development model and service platform. In view of this, Starnet's sharp digital signage research and development department proposes to establish a comprehensive WeChat medical consultation system, to provide the whole process of WeChat medical services, and to provide faster treatment services for patients through following the WeChat official account. Thus, we can effectively improve the condition of "three long and one short" medical treatment, change the traditional medical treatment mode, perfect the medical information system, create a new medical consultation service and development mode, and thus change the overall public image of the major medical institutions. Based on the WeChat official account and medical consultation process, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical treatment process and service in hospitals, and puts forward the development of WeChat medical treatment. According to the application scenario and requirements of medical consultation service, the solution and technical measures are determined. The medical consultation system based on WeChat platform provides medical information query, appointment, self-fetching, calling, WeChat Pay and other services. The system chooses MEAN as the development framework, and the database server is the non-relational database MongoDB,. JSON is used as data storage format and interactive mode. The system is developed in the framework of MEAN, which is divided into two modules: WeChat management platform and WeChat service. The former realizes the management and maintenance of the service, and the latter provides the consultation service for the WeChat users. The two combine to complete the function of the whole medical consultation system through WeChat platform. In the last part of the paper, the main functions and interface design test cases of the medical consultation system based on WeChat platform are designed to test the completion of its functions and the overall operation of the system. In order to detect whether the function of the system accords with the requirement analysis and design, and whether it can meet the needs of customers, the medical consultation service based on WeChat platform can be realized.
