清远联通数据展示与提取系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着中国联通3/4G移动宽带业务的普及,各种各样的移网套餐、合约、增值业务、融合业务、固网宽带业务不断的更新,各省、市的本地个性化产品的增多,当前全国统一使用的经营分析系统、网格营销系统的支撑能力有限,已不能满足地市的实际需求,对实现地市个性化的数据提取存在困难。清远联通数据展示与提取系统,为清远联通分公司提供了区县分公司、各级代理商的收入、发展、流失等数据的查询与导出功能,它主要包含关键指标展示、渠道管理、报表中心、系统维护几个模块,从而实现清远联通从管理层到基层员工对数据的分析能力加强,对关心的指标更好的管控,提高各级部门的工作效率和增加公司的收益。本文首先论述了清远联通数据展示与提取系统的用户需求方面的内容,研究了目前国内外的一些成品的成果特点,同时详细阐述了研发联通数据展示与提取系统所涉及到的技术细节,包括涉及到的技术、核心思想概念、开发工具、系统架构、ORACLE数据库等;然后介绍了联通数据展示与提取系统的具体实现,涵盖了系统可行分析,系统功能需求分析处理,针对数据展示与提取系统的概要设计和更加详细的设计以及该系统的数据库等设计,多个系统模块如何实现以及后续章节的系统测试投入使用。本文所开发的清远联通数据展示与提取系统采以ASP.NET为开发技术,后台数据库的设计采用ORACLE数据库。该系统为清远联通各级管理部门、基层业务单元提供了灵活、方便以及个性化的数据查询与提取方式,该系统经过测试已达到了预期的设计目标。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of China Unicom's 3G mobile broadband service, a variety of mobile network packages, contracts, value-added services, fusion services, fixed network broadband services are constantly updated, and the number of local personalized products in provinces and cities has increased. At present, the support ability of grid marketing system is limited, which can not meet the actual needs of prefectures and cities, so it is difficult to realize the individualized data extraction of prefectures and cities. Qingyuan Unicom data display and extraction system provides Qingyuan Unicom Branch with the functions of querying and exporting data such as income, development and loss of agents at all levels, which mainly includes key index display and channel management. Report center, the system maintains several modules, so as to achieve Qingyuan Unicom from management to grass-roots employees to strengthen the ability to analyze data, better control of the indicators of concern, improve the work efficiency of departments at all levels and increase the income of the company. This paper first discusses the user requirements of Qingyuan Unicom data display and extraction system, and studies the characteristics of some finished products at home and abroad. At the same time, the technical details involved in the research and development of Unicom data display and extraction system are described in detail, including the technology involved, the core idea concept, the development tool, the system architecture, the ORACLE database and so on. Then it introduces the concrete implementation of Unicom data display and extraction system, including the feasible analysis of the system, the analysis and processing of the functional requirements of the system. Aiming at the outline design and more detailed design of the data display and extraction system, as well as the database design of the system, how to realize several system modules and how to test the system in the following chapters are put into use. The data display and extraction system of Qingyuan Unicom developed in this paper adopts ASP.NET as the development technology, and the background database is designed with ORACLE database. The system provides flexible, convenient and personalized data query and extraction methods for Qingyuan Unicom management departments and grass-roots business units at all levels. The system has achieved the expected design objectives after testing.
