UBI保险车辆管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:UBI保险经历了两代发展,即Usage Based Insurance和User Behavior Insurance。两代本质大同,都是基于车联网把车辆相关的信息上传到远程的服务器上,之后保险公司基于大量的数据重新进行产品设计。它们利用车辆自身运行参数和地理位置等信息构成的交互网络,实现对车况性能分析、驾驶行为分析和最佳路线确定等功能,对车辆使用进行了有效的、数据化的记录分析,为财产保险公司的定价提供了数据支撑,从而能够为客户提供更为精准的保险服务。本文主要以UBI保险车辆管理系统为研究对象,从售前营销、售中管理、售后理赔入手,介绍了车联网平台的搭建、模块设置及保险管理,通过对建设目标、功能设定、模块划分等内容的分析,采用接收数据端和处理数据端相隔离的模式,采用Apache MINA作为接收数据端,是能够帮助用户开发高性能和高伸缩性网络应用程序的框架。它通过Java nio技术基于TCP/IP和UDP/IP协议提供了抽象的、事件驱动的、异步的API。后端数据处理端采用SpringMVC+Mybatis整体架构,接收端通过RMI服务和数据处理端进行交互,这样可以设置多个接收端,或者多个数据处理端,大大减少了架构耦合性,方便后面数据的扩展和维护。通过运用本文设计的UBI保险车辆管理系统,既能扩大保险公司的宣传渠道,吸引销售对象,增强客户粘性,帮助其形成稳定的客户群体,又能收集客户信息,量体裁衣,提供个性化服务,增强公司核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:UBI insurance has experienced two generations of development, that is, Usage Based Insurance and User Behavior Insurance.. The two generations are essentially the same, uploading vehicle-related information to remote servers based on the car network, and then the insurance company redesigns the product based on a large amount of data. They make use of the interactive network composed of vehicle's own operation parameters and geographical location to realize the functions of vehicle condition performance analysis, driving behavior analysis and optimal route determination, and carry on the effective and data record analysis to the vehicle use, which provides the data support for the pricing of the property insurance company, so as to provide more accurate insurance service for the customer. This paper mainly takes UBI insurance vehicle management system as the research object, starting with pre-sale marketing, in-sale management, after-sale claim settlement, introduces the construction of vehicle networking platform, module setting and insurance management, through the analysis of construction objectives, function settings, module division and so on, adopts the mode of isolation between the receiving data end and the processing data end, and adopts Apache MINA as the receiving data end. Is a framework that can help users develop high-performance and highly scalable network applications. It provides abstract, event-driven, asynchronous API. through Java nio technology based on TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols. The back-end data processing terminal adopts the overall architecture of SpringMVC Mybatis, and the receiving end interacts with the data processing terminal through RMI service, so that multiple receiver terminals or multiple data processing terminals can be set up, which greatly reduces the coupling of architecture and facilitates the expansion and maintenance of later data. By using the UBI insurance vehicle management system designed in this paper, it can not only expand the propaganda channels of insurance companies, attract sales objects, enhance customer stickiness, help them form a stable customer group, but also collect customer information, tailor clothes, provide personalized services and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
