【摘要】：通过对中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)发展3个阶段和研究社群问题的讨论,进一步解读了"直面实践"的内涵并提出了3条标准。研究结论表明,不论是马斯洛主张的"问题中心"的研究还是以德鲁克为代表的管理研究道路都是直面实践的典范;实践既是管理的工具价值与本体价值之间的联系点,也是本土管理研究走向国际化的桥梁。研究结论有助于揭示德鲁克之路的实践性和可行性。
[Abstract]:This paper further explains the connotation of " straight face practice " and puts forward three criteria through discussion on the development of the IACMR of China Management Research International Society ( IACMR ) . The research conclusion shows that neither the study of Maslow ' s proposition nor the management research road represented by Drucker is a model of direct practice . The practice is not only the point of contact between the value of management tool and the value of the ontology , but also the bridge of the study of local management towards the internationalization . The conclusion is helpful to reveal the practicality and feasibility of Drucker ' s road .
