多目标优化在投标决策中的应用

【摘要】：本文提出把多目标优化的理论和方法用于投标项目的选择,能使施工企业综合考虑多种因素,全面权衡,恰当选择适合企业技术能力,管理能力和装备条件,盈利较多的工程项目进行投标;尤其是其中优序法和功效系数法可解决含有定量和定性因素的决策问题。这种用数理模式对投标决策进行分析的方法,很有参考价值。但应注意,由于各种因素在实际中往往处于动态变化过程中,给予某一指标定出合理标值是较难的,故在应用时应随时修正,反复比较,才不致失策。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward that the theory and method of multi-objective optimization can be applied to the selection of bidding project, which can make the construction enterprise consider a variety of factors synthetically, weigh comprehensively, and choose the appropriate technical ability, management ability and equipment condition of the enterprise. Bidding for more profitable projects; Especially, the superior order method and efficiency coefficient method can solve the decision problem with quantitative and qualitative factors. This method of analyzing bidding decision by mathematical model is of great reference value, but should be paid attention to. Because all kinds of factors are often in the process of dynamic change in practice, it is difficult to give a certain index a reasonable mark value, so it should be revised at any time and compared repeatedly in order not to fail.
