【摘要】：介绍了生产管理系统（ＰＭＳ）的一般概念、体系结构和系统组成，并结合我国大中型企业的混合生产模式的特点，，提出了一种实用的ＰＭＳ结构。文中还介绍了用于设计和实现ＰＭＳ的方法论：ＧＩＭ／ＧＲＡＩ方法。最后简介了支持ＰＭＳ底层计划与管理的一个车间生产辅助管理系统ＳＰＭＳＳ。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the general concept, system structure and system composition of production management system (PMS), and combines the characteristics of mixed production mode of large and medium-sized enterprises in our country. A practical PMS structure is presented. The methodology used to design and implement PMS is also introduced in this paper. GIM/GRAI method. Finally, a workshop production assistant management system (SPMSSs) supporting the bottom planning and management of PMS is introduced.
