【摘要】：正我国经济社会转型发展,面对更加纷繁复杂的国内外形势,公共政策决策需要权衡多方利益,为了提高决策的科学化、民主化水平,拓展社会多元力量参政议政的渠道,回应人民期待、化解社会矛盾,需要智库发挥作用。十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出:"加强中国特色新型智库建设,建立健全决策咨询制度"。中国特色新型智库将在全面深化改革的过程中扮演越来越重要
[Abstract]:In the face of the more complicated domestic and international situation, the public policy decision needs to weigh the interests of many parties. In order to improve the scientific decision-making, the level of democratization and the channels for social pluralistic forces to participate in politics and discuss politics, we are facing the economic and social transformation and development of our country. To respond to the expectations of the people and to resolve social contradictions, think tanks need to play a role. The decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively deepening reform adopted at the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee clearly states: "strengthen the construction of new think-tanks with Chinese characteristics," Establishing and perfecting the system of Decision-making consultation.
