【摘要】：正随着社会主义市场经济的繁荣与发展,市场中介机构正在悄然兴起。如各种会计师事务所、审计师事务所、商标事务所、律师事务所、职业介绍所、资金和资信评估、企业咨询、信息服务、仲裁、计量和质量检查机构以及经纪公司、经纪人、人才交流中心、商会、行业协会等,其职能是:信息沟通、经纪代理、咨询策划、广告传媒、组织交易、市场监督等。这些职能,有的是从企业分离出来的,有的是从政府职能中分离或独立出来的,还有的是随着市场经济的不断发展伴生出来的。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity and development of the socialist market economy, market intermediaries are emerging quietly. For example, various accounting firms, auditor firms, trademark firms, law firms, employment agencies, funds and credit rating, Corporate consulting, information services, arbitration, metrology and quality inspection agencies, as well as brokerage firms, brokers, talent exchange centers, chambers of commerce, trade associations, etc. Their functions are: information communication, brokerage agents, consulting and planning, advertising media, etc. Some of these functions are separated from the enterprises, some are separated or independent from the functions of the government, and others are accompanied by the continuous development of the market economy.
