【摘要】:随着现代社会组织复杂化程度的日益加深和人的自我意识的逐步觉醒,员工自我管理问题成为现代组织创新和员工自由发展的重要理论与实践问题。作为员工对组织的归属感,组织认同不仅是组织愿景内化为自我激励的过程,而且是组织目标转化为自我控制的过程,从而构成员工自我管理的道德自律。因此,积极培育员工的组织认同感,提升员工自我管理的道德自律意识,对于知识经济背景下推动组织创新、促进员工自由发展具有重要的实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the complexity of modern social organizations and the gradual awakening of people's self-consciousness, the issue of employee self-management has become an important theoretical and practical issue of modern organizational innovation and the free development of employees.As a sense of belonging to the organization, organizational identity is not only the process of internalizing organizational vision into self-motivation, but also the process of transforming organizational goal into self-control, thus constituting the moral self-discipline of employee self-management.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to foster the organizational identity of employees and to promote the moral self-discipline consciousness of employees' self-management in order to promote organizational innovation and promote the free development of employees under the background of knowledge economy.
