【摘要】：正办公自动化这一技术名词,在本世纪六十年代首先出现在科技发达的国家,其英文为OFFICE AUTOMATION。那时提供办公自动化技术所用的设备仅限于复印机、电话机、传真机、机械打字机等,它们被用来提高办公效率,特别是减轻人们在办公事务中所耗费的一些重复性劳动。七十年代初,计算机技术从数据处理的应用发展到文字处理,二者的结合使计算机信息处理设备在办公管理中发挥更大的效能,信息处理设备在办公自动化技术的发展中逐渐占据了主导地位。近些年来,由于微电子技术、微型计算机技术的迅速发展和推广应用;计算机处理设备的品种增多,性能价格也不断提高;计算机软件技术的不断进步,如数据加管理系统的普及应用,开发
