[Abstract]:The information flow and characteristics of Liu Rongle (Science and technology literature and information center of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences) in science and technology consulting work are a kind of information consulting work which provides facts to evaluate the novelty and advanced nature of scientific and technological achievements and projects by means of retrieval means and analysis and comparison. To improve the information consciousness of scientific and technological workers and enhance the management of science and technology.
