多层线性模型在管理学研究中的应用

【摘要】：在管理学实证研究中,广泛存在着多层数据结构的样本特征和背景效应的问题,但一直没有有效的研究方法对此类问题进行深入的分析。本文通过介绍多层分析这一统计分析方法的应用原理、基本模型和样本要求,阐释其在管理学研究中的应用前景,为管理学问题的研究引入新的分析视角和研究方法。
[Abstract]:In the empirical study of management, there are many problems such as sample characteristics and background effects of multi-layer data structure, but there is no effective research method to deeply analyze such problems. This paper introduces the application principle, basic model and sample requirement of the statistical analysis method of multilayer analysis, explains its application prospect in the management research, and introduces a new analysis angle and research method for the study of management problems.
