危机防范策略的量化评价

【摘要】：科学、客观地评价危机管理的优劣度,是当前政府管理面临的一个新课题,本文对危机防范策略建立相应的数学模型,通过计算每一个策略的合格度对其进行量化,比较其优劣。
[Abstract]:Scientific and objective evaluation of crisis management is a new subject that the government is facing. This paper establishes the corresponding mathematical model of crisis prevention strategy, and quantifies it by calculating the qualification degree of each strategy. Compare its merits and demerits.
