关于差异管理的几个基本问题

【摘要】：管理的统一性与差异性应该并行不悖,差异管理包含统一的标准化与规范化管理。差异管理在管理理论的丛林中如何定位、怎样沟通,需要廓清;差异管理本身的若干基本问题———差异、差异性、差异化、差异原理、差异管理———需要明确;差异管理的未来发展需要探寻;成功的差异性管理实践,在古今中外的组织管理中可谓俯拾皆是;要提升管理的有效性应该探讨并实践差异化管理。
