中国新型智库的战略定位与运营模式

【摘要】:[目的/意义]为中国新型智库建设提供战略定位与运营模式的分析框架和方法论,有助于中国新型智库的战略设计和运营管理。[方法/过程]本文借用工商管理学中的商业模式理论和方法,结合中国不同类型智库的特点,提出中国新型智库战略定位与运营模式的分析框架和方法论。[结果/结论 ]战略定位解决"做什么"的问题,目的在于"做正确的事",涉及服务对象、研究领域、研究地域、功能选择四个要素及其组合。运营模式解决"怎么做"的问题,目的在于"正确地做事",涉及资金来源、核心资源、关键活动、合作伙伴、成本结构5个要素及其组合。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to provide the analytical framework and methodology of strategic orientation and operation model for the construction of new type think tanks in China, and to help the strategic design and operation management of new type think tanks in China. [methods] based on the theory and method of business model in business administration and the characteristics of different types of think tanks in China, this paper puts forward the analytical framework and methodology of strategic positioning and operation mode of new type think tanks in China. Results / conclusion: the purpose of solving the problem of "what to do" is to "do the right thing", involving the object of service, the research field, the research area, the function choice and its combination. The business model solves the problem of "how to do it", with the aim of "doing things right", involving five elements and their combination: source of funds, core resources, key activities, partners, and cost structure.
