谈医院人才招聘工作存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:医院想要实现可持续发展,最重要的是提高人才的质量。但是随着社会经济的发展,人们对健康的要求不断增加,医院为了满足人们的需要必须提高对人才的需要。本文主要分析了医院人才招聘过程中存在的问题,并根据问题提出了一些建议和策略,希望能够帮助医院做好人才招聘工作,提高医院的人才质量。
[Abstract]:Hospital wants to realize sustainable development, the most important thing is to improve the quality of talents. However, with the development of social economy, the demand for health is increasing. In order to meet the needs of people, hospitals must improve the need for talents. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of recruiting hospital talents, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies according to the problems, hoping to help hospitals to do a good job of talent recruitment and improve the quality of hospital talents.
