管理学发展模式的现代性、超现代性与后现代性的论争

【摘要】:20世纪90年代以来,有关客观世界的规律性、历史发展必然性、知识的客观真理性以及各种决定论的思想观念都遇到了挑战;人们越来越认识到传统的、理性的和“科学的”认知方式、知识创新模式和管理学的演进发展模式需要改变。本文从管理学的现代性、超现代性和后现代性三个方面讨论了管理学的发展模式问题。管理学发展方向的多元发展模式对于管理学发展是必需的。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the regularity of the objective world, the inevitability of historical development, the objective truth of knowledge and the ideas of various determinism have been challenged. Rational and scientific cognitive mode, knowledge innovation model and management development mode need to be changed. This paper discusses the development model of management from three aspects: modernity, hypermodernity and postmodernity. The multiple development mode of management development direction is necessary for management development.
