论社会整体管理运作的一般规律和机制

【摘要】：正当前,国内学术界的“热点”之一,就是探索一般哲学与一般管理学之间的一个理论层次.这个理论层次,我们称之为社会整体管理理论.社会整体管理理论,是社会学和经济学长时期来共同关心的一个深层次理论问题.本文选择管理哲学的角度,作点探讨.管理哲学的主要任务,是研究社会管理主、客体之间的交互作用过程,揭示社会管理的一般规律和机制.这条规律操作应用的总要求有两个方面;一方面,要求社会管理主体高度重视社会整体管理效益;另方面,要求社会管理主体,主要是领导者,要强化学习社会整体管理理论,以便具备宽阔的视野和深刻的理性思维修养,用以指导现代化的社会管理实践.
[Abstract]:At present, one of the hot spots in domestic academic circles is to explore a theoretical level between general philosophy and general management. This theory level, we call social whole management theory. The theory of social whole management is a deep theoretical problem that sociology and economics have been concerned about for a long time. This article chooses the management philosophy angle, makes the point discussion. The main task of management philosophy is to study the interaction between subject and object of social management and to reveal the general law and mechanism of social management. The general requirements for the operation and application of this rule are twofold: on the one hand, the main body of social management is required to attach great importance to the efficiency of the overall management of society; on the other hand, the main body of social management, mainly the leader, is required to strengthen the study of the theory of overall social management. In order to have broad vision and profound rational thinking culture, to guide the modern practice of social management.
