中国管理教育现状及发展研究

【摘要】:经济的发展需要大量高层次的管理人才,人才的培养则需要我们大力发展管理教育。 现代意义下的中国管理教育是顺应改革开放的需要产生和发展起来的。在短短二十余年的时间内,中国的管理教育实现了史无前例的跨越式发展。在当前新时代的特征下,管理教育的发展面临着诸多机遇和挑战。 针对国内目前鲜有关于管理教育的系统性研究,本论文从三个部分来进行论述: 第一部分,管理教育概述。对管理教育进行了界定,指出本文所探讨的范畴,对中外管理教育的发展历史做了一个概括,并分析了中国管理教育的三种主要形式。 第二部分,中国管理教育的相关问题分析。包括管理教育所处的时代背景分析,主要分析知识经济、终身教育及全球化这三大宏观背景对管理教育在诸多方面产生的影响;对管理教育人才供给与市场需求之间的差异分析;以及对国内办学力量与国际办学力量间的竞争分析。 第三部分,发展中国管理教育的几点思考。主要从五个方面来探索我国管理教育的发展。一是立足本土,充分吸收中国传统管理思想的精髓;二是在借
[Abstract]:The development of economy needs a large number of high-level management talents, and the cultivation of talents requires us to develop management education vigorously. In the modern sense, Chinese management education has come into being and developed in accordance with the needs of reform and opening up. In a short period of more than 20 years, China's management education has achieved unprecedented leaps and bounds. Under the characteristics of the new era, the development of management education is facing many opportunities and challenges. In view of the lack of systematic research on management education in China, this paper discusses it from three parts: the first part is an overview of management education. This paper defines management education, points out the scope discussed in this paper, generalizes the development history of management education in China and foreign countries, and analyzes three main forms of management education in China. The second part is the analysis of the related problems of China's management education. It mainly analyzes the influence of knowledge economy, lifelong education and globalization on management education in many aspects. This paper analyzes the difference between the supply of talents and the market demand, and the competition between domestic and international schools. The third part, some thoughts on the development of management education in China. Mainly from five aspects to explore the development of management education in China. One is to base itself on the mainland, to fully absorb the essence of Chinese traditional management thinking; the other is to borrow money
