【摘要】：正 管理人员这是一个很笼统的概念,是一个群体,是处在多个部门、多个系统、多个岗位、多个层次上的人员群体。管理人员是指在一个机构、经营实体生产及事业单位中处于谋划、组织、指挥、引导、领导岗位上的人员;还包括对某些具体事项、项目进行计划、管理、控制、联络、反馈信息等岗位上的人员。管理人员是国家各项事业发展的骨干,是人才资源的重要组成部分。
