管理中的授权之浅见

【摘要】:授权是重要的管理手段。授权是组织行为,不是个人行为;授权授予下属责任的同时,必须把相应的权力一同托付给下属,不是仅仅分派任务;授权是管理者把属于自己管理范围的不重要的部分责任和权力托付给下属来行使,不是把自己的责任和权力完全分离给被授权人,不是分权。授权人自始至终对下属工作的执行负有责任
[Abstract]:Delegation of authority is an important means of management. The delegation of authority is an organizational act, not an individual act, and the delegation of authority to subordinates must be accompanied by a delegation of authority to subordinates, not just assignment of tasks. Delegation of authority is that managers entrust some unimportant responsibilities and powers belonging to their own management scope to their subordinates to exercise, not completely separate their responsibilities and powers to authorized persons, not decentralization. The authorized person is responsible for the execution of the work of his subordinates from beginning to end.
