模拟团队训练在《组织行为学》教学中的应用

【摘要】:《组织行为学》是一门从国外新引进的管理类课程而且在管理类课程中占有非常重要的地位。该课程具有理论性和实践性都比较强的特点,教师在教学过程中,如何把抽象的理论和实践联系起来,如何使抽象的理论具体化,对于培养学生的学习兴趣和提高《组织行为学》的教学效果来说非常重要。本文针对该课程的特点,提出了一种新型的教学方法——模拟团队训练。
[Abstract]:Organizational behavior is a new management course introduced from abroad and plays a very important role in management courses. The course has the characteristics of both theory and practice. In the course of teaching, how to connect abstract theory with practice, how to concretize abstract theory, It is very important to cultivate students' interest in learning and improve the teaching effect of organizational behavior. According to the characteristics of this course, a new teaching method, simulated team training, is proposed in this paper.
