含摄情境的管理理论是否具有普适性

【摘要】：针对管理理论和情境之间基本关系含糊不清、亟待澄清的现状,以代表性管理理论为例证,着重讨论了"含摄情境的管理理论是否具有普适性"问题,依次解答了"管理理论是否含摄情境"和"情境研究能否达到普适性"两个关键问题:①通过管理理论开发过程透视,展现了发现阶段的情境伴随、建构阶段情境相关、应用阶段的情境制约的3种关系,即管理理论是情境附着的,得出了"管理理论是含摄情境的";②从管理理论生成的逻辑线索考察,找到了管理理论生成的内在科学逻辑,梳理了情境聚焦、情境概化、情境内敛的3种变化,即管理理论生成经历了"情境涤除",得出了"情境研究能够达到普适性",进而论述了具有一定理论贡献的情境研究才能成为普适性理论;③完整阐释了"含摄情境的管理理论能够达到普适性",为推进中国情境的管理研究提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the ambiguous and unclear basic relationship between the management theory and the situation, the representative management theory is taken as an example to discuss whether the management theory containing the situation is universal or not. In turn, the author answers two key questions: "whether the management theory contains the situation" and "whether the situation research can achieve universality": 1 through the perspective of the development process of the management theory, it shows the situational concomitant of the discovery stage and the contextual correlation in the construction stage. There are three kinds of relation of situation restriction in application stage, that is, management theory is situational attached, and it is concluded that "management theory contains situation"; (2) from the logic clue of management theory generation, the author finds the internal scientific logic of management theory generation, combs the three changes of situation focusing, situational generalizability and situational convergence, that is, the formation of management theory has experienced "situation decontamination". It is concluded that "situational research can achieve universality", and then discusses that situational research with a certain theoretical contribution can become the theory of universality; (3) A complete explanation of "the theory of management containing the situation can achieve universality", which provides a reference for promoting the study of the management of the situation in China.
