现代电力企业办公室管理工作的优化与完善措施探讨

【摘要】：当前,现代电力企业的发展和进步不仅依赖于其自身的先进技术和水平,还取决于电力企业完善的内部管理制度。完善的办公室管理制度对于电力企业的规划、决策、发展壮大都有着重要作用,作为电力企业的综合管理部分,只有不断加强办公室管理工作,才能有效协调好电力企业各个部门的工作,使之相互协作,共同完成企业发展的目标。本文主要针对现代电力企业办公室管理工作的优化与完善进行探讨。
[Abstract]:At present, the development and progress of modern electric power enterprise depends not only on its own advanced technology and level, but also on the perfect internal management system of electric power enterprise. The perfect office management system plays an important role in the planning, decision-making and development of the electric power enterprise. As the integrated management part of the electric power enterprise, the only way to strengthen the office management is to continuously strengthen the work of the office management. In order to coordinate effectively the work of each department of electric power enterprise, make it cooperate with each other, and accomplish the goal of enterprise development together. This paper mainly discusses the optimization and perfection of office management in modern electric power enterprises.
