论心理契约中不可或缺的暗示沟通

【摘要】:人们关于心理契约的研究,至今还没有对暗示的作用和地位引起足够的关注。而心理契约自身固有的隐性特征决定了各种心理暗示方法和技术的运用,是心理契约构建和履行过程中不可或缺的必要条件。是否采用心理暗示的方式来交流契约双方的期望,进行要约与承诺以及履行阶段的意思表达,是心理契约有别于口头约定和书面合同的本质所在。只有对心理契约中暗示的作用进行深入研究,才能真正了解心理契约构建和履行过程中的有关机制,进而使心理契约在管理实践中的价值得到充分的发挥。
[Abstract]:The research on psychological contract has not paid enough attention to the role and status of suggestion. The implicit characteristics of psychological contract itself determine the use of various psychological hinting methods and techniques, and it is an indispensable necessary condition in the construction and performance of psychological contract. It is the essence of psychological contract that the psychological contract is different from oral agreement and written contract whether to use psychological implication to exchange the expectations of both sides of the contract, to offer and accept, and to express the meaning of the performance stage. Only by deeply studying the implied function of psychological contract, can we really understand the relevant mechanism in the process of construction and performance of psychological contract, so as to give full play to the value of psychological contract in the management practice.
