【摘要】：经济新常态下,要实现金融体系的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展,政府应在厘清职能边界的基础上,在国家金融管理和宏观经济调节、金融基础设施和金融法治建设、金融规制改革和金融规则协调、金融监管和金融创新等十个方面发挥作用。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, in order to realize the innovation, coordination, green, open and shared development of the financial system, the government should clarify the functional boundaries of the financial management and macroeconomic regulation. Financial infrastructure and financial legal construction, financial regulation reform and coordination of financial rules, financial supervision and financial innovation.
