历史社会学视野中的“人民”话语:表达与实践

【摘要】：人民话语是中国政治社会生活中的主导性话语。这一话语形态衍生自中国共产党开展革命动员,并伴随着国家政权建设与改革时期的社会治理。从历史社会学即注重考察政治话语与政治行动互构的角度来看,作为一种修辞的人民话语在道德、权力与治理三个层面于各个历史时期皆有对应的实践。在革命时期表现为阶级动员、革命行动与基层政权实践;在政权建设时期表现为诉诸文化领导权、继续革命与总体性治理;在改革时期表现为历史合法性的重要来源、维稳体制的形成与动员式治理风格的兴起。
[Abstract]:The people's discourse is the dominant discourse in the political and social life of China. This form of discourse derives from the revolutionary mobilization of the Communist Party of China. It is accompanied by the construction of state power and the social governance during the reform period. From the perspective of historical sociology, which focuses on the mutual construction of political discourse and political action, people's discourse as a rhetoric is moral. The three levels of power and governance have corresponding practices in each historical period. In the revolutionary period, class mobilization, revolutionary action and the practice of the grass-roots regime; in the period of regime building, the recourse to cultural leadership, During the reform period, it is an important source of historical legitimacy, the formation of maintenance system and the rise of mobilizing style of governance.
