马克思廉价政府理论思想探微——基于政府治理与改革视角的再思考

【摘要】：廉价政府最初是资产阶级维护政治统治的重要理论学说,马克思在认识和批判西方资产阶级廉价政府理论基础上结合法兰西内战的社会实践对于无产阶级的廉价政府理论进行了初步探索和规划,其廉价政府理论主要体现在四个维度,一是政府公职人员的限制;二是政府整体规模的设计;三是国家本质的规定;四是国家与市民社会关系的框定。重温和借鉴马克思廉价政府理论的精神要义对于开辟中国特色社会主义治国理政的改革和建设路径,推进政府治理模式的转型大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Cheap government first bourgeoisie to maintain an important theory of political rule, Marx in the understanding of social practice and criticism of western bourgeois theory of cheap government on the basis of the civil war in France for the proletarian theory of cheap government conducted a preliminary exploration and planning, the theory of cheap government is mainly embodied in four dimensions, one is the restriction of government officials two is the overall design; the scale of the government; three is the essence of the provisions of the state; four is the relationship between the state and civil society is framed. Review and draw lessons from the essence of Marx's theory of cheap government to open up China Socialist State Administration reform and construction path, promote the transformation of the pattern of government be of great advantage.
