【摘要】：西安广仁慈善功德会是由支持公益事业的各界团体和信众自愿组成,在宗教局和民政局备案注册登记取得合法资格的非营利性的民间慈善组织,接受宗教局和民政局的监督管理。广仁慈善功德会自2011年成立以来积极将慈善精神付诸社会实践,规模越来越大,影响力也在逐渐扩大。其活动主要从宣扬传统文化、灾难救济、扶贫济困、教育、环保、医疗等方面展开。广仁慈善功德会的公益活动有利于整合社会资源和价值观念,增强了人们的凝聚力。功德会的活动是对国家社会福利的有益补充,通过慈善公益活动不仅帮助了贫困或者需要资助的人,而且在活动过程中改善了志愿者的价值观念。广仁慈善功德会通过公益活动劝导和教育信众自觉遵守社会规范,促进个人成长。参加广仁慈善功德会活动的志愿者包括各民族的信众,大家在帮助别人的同时也加强了不同民族之间的了解和沟通。广仁慈善功德会的活动具有宗教性和社会性的特点,组织慈善活动时善于结合实际,发挥自身特长,来扩大影响力和增强组织的社会公信力。同时广仁慈善功德会还具有反应迅速,运行成本低,注重心灵慈善的特点。广仁慈善功德会在未来发展中应从自身层面出发,完善多元化的管理制度,扩大服务范围,淡化宗教色彩,加强公益职能；寻求稳定的基金来源,建立广泛募集的激励机制,进行专业化、组织化的管理运营。国家政策法规的健全也将为广仁慈善功德会的社会活动提供更加完善的保障。广仁慈善功德会的成长、发展,将会为中国宗教公益组织慈善事业起到一定的推动作用。
