乡镇政府生态治理能力提升路径探析

【摘要】：乡镇政府在生态治理过程中存在主体责任不明确、对生态治理与经济发展之间关系认识不充分,以及生态治理体系不完善等问题,这些都制约着乡镇政府生态治理能力的提升。在乡镇区域内通过更新治理理念、重构主体结构、变革治理方式和创新治理机制,达到提升乡镇政府生态治理能力的目标,才能从根本上实现乡镇区域内生态的有序治理。
[Abstract]:In the process of ecological governance, the township government has some problems, such as unclear responsibility of the subject, insufficient understanding of the relationship between ecological governance and economic development, and imperfect ecological governance system. All of these restrict the improvement of the ecological governance ability of township government. Through renewing the concept of governance, reconstructing the main body structure, changing the governance mode and innovating the governance mechanism, we can achieve the goal of improving the ecological governance ability of the township government. In order to fundamentally realize the orderly management of the ecology in the township area.
