社会预防:一种化解社会矛盾的理论探索

【摘要】：在社会治理中,迫切需要重新认识社会预防的内涵,将社会预防的理念和策略运用到应对社会矛盾实践中。本文提出由"预测趋势、消除诱因、瓦解条件、抑制生长、宣泄能量和提高燃点"六个子理论组成的社会预防论。在社会预防论基础上阐释社会预防的要素和过程,提出在社会矛盾产生之前采取"未雨绸缪"式的事前预防模式,防止社会矛盾"从无到有";在社会矛盾发展阶段采取"防微杜渐"式的主动预防模式,防止社会矛盾"从小到大",并以理论探索为切入点,转变应对社会矛盾的模式,从根本上减少和化解社会矛盾。
[Abstract]:In the course of social governance, it is urgent to re-understand the connotation of social prevention and apply the concept and strategy of social prevention to the practice of dealing with social contradictions. Social prevention theory, which consists of six sub-theories of venting energy and raising ignition point. On the basis of social prevention theory, it explains the elements and processes of social prevention, and puts forward the pre-prevention mode of "making good plans ahead of time" before social contradictions arise. To prevent social contradictions from "from scratch to existence", to adopt the active prevention mode of "prevention from small to large" in the development stage of social contradictions, to prevent social contradictions from "from small to large", and to change the mode of coping with social contradictions by taking theoretical exploration as the starting point. Fundamentally reduce and resolve social contradictions.
