突发公共事件中舆论信息传播倾向的影响因素——基于民众负性情绪的研究视角

【摘要】：突发公共事件所唤醒的民众负性情绪对于舆论信息传播有着重要影响作用,文章以舆论信息传播倾向作为结果变量,运用情境实验的方法分别通过5个实验来系统检验突发公共事件中民众负性情绪的唤醒程度,负性情绪对于舆论信息传播倾向的影响作用过程中相对剥夺感、群体效能以及突发公共事件信息(权威信息、精确信息)等变量的调节作用。最后根据研究所得结论提出相关舆论信息管理的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:The negative emotion aroused by public emergencies plays an important role in the dissemination of public opinion information. The article takes the tendency of public opinion information dissemination as the result variable. By using the method of situational experiment, five experiments were carried out to test systematically the awakening degree of negative emotion in public emergencies, and the relative deprivation in the process of the influence of negative emotion on the tendency of public opinion information dissemination. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the management of public opinion information.
