鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗志愿服务机构现状的调查研究

【摘要】：志愿者服务机构是我国在新时期进行社会资源开发过程中出现的一种全新的重要资源。我国作为一个发展中大国,志愿者服务工作起步较晚,特别是志愿者服务机构还没有形成制度化、规模化的态势,为此,有待从理论、实践层面上予以深入研究。本文从社会工作实务角度出发,结合鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗的实际,通过社会工作者介入,参与当地志愿服务活动,将发现问题与当地职能部门、志愿服务活动组织机构、志愿者进行了有效沟通。借鉴已有相关概念和理论,通过问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,准确详实反映鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗志愿服务情况,调查研究在志愿服务过程中出现的问题,并提出相应建设性的建议。本文由绪论、正文三章、结语、参考文献、附录等组成:绪论中,主要介绍了研究综述、选题目的与意义及研究方法等。第一章,对鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗志愿服务工作基本情况、志愿服务机构现状进行简要介绍,并对伊金霍洛旗志愿服务工作的整体发展概况进行评述。第二章,通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,较全面了解鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗志愿服务工作的基础上,对伊金霍洛旗志愿服务机构进行个案分析,总结志愿服务机构开展志愿服务取得的成效,发现志愿服务方面存在的问题并对其进行分析。第三章,针对伊金霍洛旗志愿服务中存在的具体问题,通过小组工作方法,具体介入伊金霍洛旗志愿服务机构开展活动,并对小组工作进行评估。结语,对论文内容进行概况,进一步阐明了本文的研究结论。
[Abstract]:Volunteer service organization is a new and important resource in the process of developing social resources in our country in the new period. As a developing country, volunteer service work starts late in China. Especially, the volunteer service organization has not formed the trend of systematization and scale. Therefore, it needs to be deeply studied theoretically and practically. This paper, from the perspective of social work practice, combines the actual situation of the Erdos Ekinhoro Banner. Through the intervention of social workers and participation in local voluntary service activities, the problems will be found in effective communication with local functional departments, volunteer organizations and volunteers. Through the methods of questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview, the paper accurately and thoroughly reflects the situation of voluntary service in Erdos city, investigates and studies the problems in the process of volunteer service, and puts forward some constructive suggestions. The main body three chapters, the conclusion, the reference document, the appendix and so on composition: in the introduction, mainly introduced the research summary, the topic choice purpose and the significance and the research method and so on. The present situation of voluntary service agencies is briefly introduced, and the overall development of voluntary service in Ikinhoro Banner is reviewed. Chapter two, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, On the basis of a more comprehensive understanding of the work of voluntary service in the Ikinhoro Banner of Ordos City, this paper makes a case study on the voluntary service agencies in the Ikinhoro Banner, and summarizes the results achieved by the voluntary service agencies in carrying out voluntary service. The third chapter, aiming at the specific problems existing in the volunteer service in Ikinhoro flag, through the working methods of the group, specifically involved in the activities of the voluntary service agency in the flag of Ikinhoro. The conclusion, the general situation of the paper, and the conclusion of this paper.
