我国少数民族地区社会稳定问题研究

【摘要】：在社会不断发展和变化的大背景下,少数民族地区的利益诉求和社会矛盾呈现增长态势,同时出现了一些规模性和剧烈性较大的群体性事件,极大影响着我国少数民族地区的社会稳定,进而对我国少数民族地区现有的社会稳定处理方式提出了更高的要求。因此从社会治理的角度研究我国少数民族地区的社会稳定问题对推进我国社会长治久安,实现中国梦具有重要的意义。本文从四个方面研究了我国少数民族地区社会稳定问题。第一章,分析和阐述研究的背景、综述及内容与方法。第一部分为研究背景,主要探讨了本论文选题的由来及其所具有的理论意义和实践意义；第二部分为研究综述,总结并阐述了新世纪以来国内外学界内的关于本论文相关问题的研究成果；第三部分,论述本论文的研究内容及研究方法。第二章,对本论文所研究问题的相关概念进行科学界定,探讨少数民族地区社会稳定问题相关的理论渊源。首先,分别准确界定了少数民族地区、社会稳定及少数民族地区社会稳定的概念,明确本文的研究对象；其次,分别对本论文所研究问题所运用到的马克思恩格斯、列宁及中国共产党的主要领导人的社会稳定理论、风险社会理论、社会治理理论进行阐述。第三章,对我国少数民族地区社会稳定的现状进行科学的梳理和分析,探讨影响少数民族地区社会稳定问题的因素。全面审视我国少数民族地区社会稳定的基本情况,并分析总结了可能导致我国少数民族地区社会不稳定的因素。第四章,联系我国少数民族地区社会发展现状,从我国少数民族地区制度完善、社会全面发展和具体实施路径三个方面提供对策思路,为政府决策提供参考依据,最大限度地促进我国少数民族地区社会稳定。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the continuous development and change of society, the demands for interests and social contradictions in minority areas have shown an increasing trend, and at the same time, there have been some mass incidents of greater scale and intensity. It has a great impact on the social stability of minority areas in our country. Therefore, from the perspective of social governance, the study of social stability in minority areas in China will promote the long-term stability of our society. It is of great significance to realize Chinese Dream. This paper studies the social stability of minority areas in China from four aspects. Chapter 1, Analysis and elaboration of the research background, summary, content and methods. The first part is the research background. This paper mainly discusses the origin of the topic, its theoretical and practical significance; the second part is a summary of the research, summarizes and expounds the domestic and foreign academic circles since the new century on the relevant issues of this paper research results; the third part, This paper discusses the research contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter scientifically defines the related concepts of the problems studied in this paper, and probes into the theoretical origin of the social stability problems in minority areas. The concepts of ethnic minority areas, social stability and social stability in minority areas are defined, and the research object of this paper is clarified. Secondly, Marx and Engels are applied to the problems studied in this paper. The theory of social stability, the theory of risk society and the theory of social governance put forward by Lenin and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China. This paper probes into the factors that affect the social stability in minority areas, examines the basic situation of social stability in ethnic minority areas in China, and analyzes and summarizes the factors that may lead to social instability in minority areas in China. Chapter 4th, According to the present situation of social development in minority areas of our country, this paper provides the countermeasures from three aspects: the perfection of the system, the all-round development of the society and the concrete implementation path, and provides the reference basis for the government to make the decision. To promote social stability in ethnic minority areas to the maximum extent possible.
