扬州市老年医务志愿者组织建设问题研究

【摘要】:随着科技的进步,医学不断的发达与先进,医疗服务在不断的完善,志愿者在其中发挥了重要的作用,能够更好的展开医疗救助活动,使得更多的患者重获健康,也为更好的构建一个和谐稳定的社会主义社会贡献力量。在庞大的医务志愿者团队中,老年医务志愿者是其中重要的组成部分,专家学者们对其十分关注,对其研究也取得了非常喜人的成果,也为构建完善的老年医务志愿者组织做出了突出的贡献。扬州市在城市医疗规模以及医疗队伍建设中都具有较大的优势,同时也是老年医务志愿者组织建设的典型地区。随着老年医务志愿者组织的扩大与发展,扬州市老年医务志愿者组织建设已经取得了不错的成绩,但是在实践过程中仍然存在各种各样的问题阻碍其正常发展。特别是近几年来,扬州市各家医院老年志愿者出现了参与率低、参与热情有限等问题,使得老年医务志愿者组织建设发展受到阻碍。在此发展背景下,对扬州市老年医务志愿者组织建设进行研究,按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的方式,探索更加科学的老年医务志愿者组织建设途径,这对于发展扬州市老年医务志愿者队伍以及构建和谐的社会主义社会具有十分重要的意义。本文以扬州市为例,采用问卷调查及访谈调查的方式对老年医务志愿者组织建设的实际运行情况进行分析,对扬州市老年医务志愿者组织领导机构、规章制度、培训计划、保障机制、激励机制现状进行全面的了解,从而提出当前老年医务志愿者组织建设工作队伍建设的问题,包括管理分散、合法权益难以保障、激励机制设计不到位、培训计划单薄、项目设置局限;对应的提出扬州市老年医务志愿者组织建设管理对策,主要从以下方面进行改善:一是制造扬州市老年医务志愿服务氛围;二是老年医务志愿者激励保障建设,从工作环境、职业生涯规划、激励机制、资源安排四个方面进行完善;三是给予相应的政策支持。从而能够建立完善的老年医务志愿者组织建设队伍。以此来抛砖引玉,为更好的进行老年医务志愿者组织建设工作贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, the continuous development and advanced of medicine, the continuous improvement of medical service, volunteers play an important role in it, can better carry out medical assistance activities, so that more patients can regain their health. It also contributes to the better construction of a harmonious and stable socialist society. Among the huge medical volunteer teams, elderly medical volunteers are an important part of it, and experts and scholars are very concerned about it. The research has also achieved very gratifying results and made outstanding contributions to the construction of a perfect organization of medical volunteers for the elderly. Yangzhou City has great advantages in the scale of urban medical treatment and the construction of medical teams. At the same time, it is also a typical area for the construction of medical volunteer organizations for the elderly. With the expansion and development of medical volunteer organizations for the elderly, good results have been achieved in the construction of medical volunteer organizations for the elderly in Yangzhou. However, in the course of practice, there are still various problems hindering their normal development. In particular, in recent years, the elderly volunteers in various hospitals in Yangzhou have had problems such as low participation rate, limited enthusiasm for participation, and so on. Under this background, the construction of medical volunteer organization in Yangzhou is studied, according to the way of raising questions, analyzing problems and solving problems, It is of great significance to explore a more scientific way of constructing medical volunteers for the elderly in Yangzhou City and to build a harmonious socialist society. This paper takes Yangzhou City as an example. The actual operation of the organization construction of elderly medical volunteers is analyzed by questionnaire and interview, and the leading organization, rules and regulations, training plan and guarantee mechanism of the organization of medical volunteers for the elderly in Yangzhou are analyzed. Through a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the incentive mechanism, this paper puts forward the problems of the construction of the working team for the organization and construction of medical volunteers for the elderly at present, including decentralized management, difficult protection of legitimate rights and interests, inadequate design of the incentive mechanism, and weak training plan. Project setting limitations; corresponding to Yangzhou City medical volunteers organization construction management countermeasures, mainly from the following aspects to improve: first, to create Yangzhou City elderly medical volunteer service atmosphere; second, elderly medical volunteers incentive and security construction, From the work environment, career planning, incentive mechanism, resource arrangement to improve the four aspects; third, to give corresponding policy support, so as to establish a sound organization of medical volunteers for the elderly to build a team. For the better to carry out the elderly medical volunteer organization construction work contribution a strength.
