【摘要】：本报告在独立完成翻译项目《遏制公共采购腐败之实用指南》基础上撰写而成。该翻译项目主要探讨公共采购中的腐败问题及其应对策略,对当前中国正在大刀阔斧进行的反腐具有很强的借鉴作用。该翻译项目属于信息型文本,旨在传递信息,其语言特点是专业术语较多、逻辑性较强、句子结构复杂且表达正式。实际翻译采用交际翻译策略,以突出文本信息内容为要,同时注重译文的可读性,注重读者的理解和反映,即信息传递的效果。在整个翻译项目中,字词层面采用的是词意引申和词性转换的翻译策略,句子层面则采用的是被动句译成主动句以及拆句分译的翻译策略,而在文本风格层面则尽量选用符合该翻译项目的专业术语进行表达。该翻译报告旨在通过对翻译项目的实践进行分析和总结,为同类型文本的翻译实践提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:This report is based on an independent translation project, the practical Guide to curbing Corruption in Public Procurement, which explores corruption in public procurement and its coping strategies. This translation project is an information-based text designed to convey information. It is characterized by a variety of technical terms and a strong logic. The structure of sentences is complex and formalized. In actual translation, communicative translation strategies are used to highlight the content of text information, while the readability of the translation is emphasized, and the understanding and reflection of the reader, that is, the effect of information transmission, is emphasized. On the word level, the translation strategies of extension of word meaning and transformation of part of speech are adopted, while the translation strategies of passive sentence into active sentence and split sentence translation are adopted at sentence level. The translation report aims to provide some references for the translation practice of the same type of text by analyzing and summarizing the practice of the translation project.
