新媒体环境下我国舆情监管研究

【摘要】:随着历史的发展和社会的进步,科学技术和信息技术也随着世界经济的发展带来了飞速的革新。在科学技术和信息技术如飓风般呼啸而来之时,新媒体也随之应运而生,于是被世界研究学者称为继报纸、广播、电视、杂志之后的“第五媒体”迅速崛起。自从新媒体急速蔓延扩散后,新媒体被整个世界广泛应用,我们的日常生活已经再离不开新媒体。微博、微信、“腾讯QQ”等各大社交软件在我国大肆盛行,更是应运而生各大互联网站的手机APP应用,“淘宝”、“京东”、“1号店”等购物网站也在我国大江南北风靡得如火如荼。矛盾是对立统一的,任何事物都是一把“双刃剑”,在新媒体朝向辉煌巅峰发展、给我们的生活带来便利、让生活变得更加快速便捷的同时,我国舆情的问题也随之而来。我国在新媒体环境下的舆情现状鱼目混杂。部分媒体为博人眼球,创造商业利益和价值,新闻报道“多米诺”效应蜂拥而至;部分社会大众随波逐流,盲目跟风,传播谣言,失去理智,丧失正确的价值观,造成舆论混乱,社会负能量爆棚,对我国弘扬正面力量的发展造成巨大的危害和冲击。新媒体舆情现状令人堪忧。目前国内的新媒体样式层出不穷,各大互联网平台以及新媒体软件参差不齐,作假做秀诈骗炒作也数见不鲜,对于新媒体环境下我国舆情的监测管理是现在中央政府、中华人民共和国公安部、知识出版总局和广电总局重点监测和管理的对象,因此对我国舆情监管的研究也引人深思和探讨。笔者也对此产生了浓厚的兴趣。本文详细阐述了文章的研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状和文章的主要研究内容和研究方法。着重从新媒体的语言环境下入手,笔者将通过对新媒体环境下我国舆情现状进行深入研究,并剖析我国舆情现状存在的问题及形成原因,而后借鉴有关地区和国家的成功经验,作比较分析,运用多种研究方法,寻求我国舆情监管的最佳有效对策,展开对新媒体环境下我国舆情监管的研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of history and the progress of society, science and technology and information technology have also brought rapid innovation with the development of the world economy. So what the world's scholars call "5th media" after newspapers, radio, television and magazines. Since the rapid spread of new media, new media have been widely used throughout the world. Our daily life has been inseparable from the new media. Weibo, WeChat, "Tencent QQ" and other major social networking software in China, The mobile phone APP applications of the major Internet sites have emerged. Shopping websites such as Taobao, JingDong, and Dian No.1 are also popular in the north and south of China. The contradiction is a unity of opposites. Everything is a "double-edged sword", while the new media is moving towards a brilliant peak, bringing convenience to our life and making life more rapid and convenient. The problem of public opinion in our country also follows. The status quo of public opinion in our country in the new media environment is mixed. Part of the media is eye-catching, creating commercial interests and value, and news reports "domino effect" is pouring in; Some members of the public follow the tide blindly, spread rumors, lose their sense of mind, lose their correct values, cause confusion of public opinion, and explode the negative energy of society. It has caused great harm and impact to the development of positive forces in our country. The current situation of new media public opinion is worrying. At present, new media styles are emerging in endlessly, and major Internet platforms and new media software vary widely. The number of fakes and shows and defrauds is not uncommon. The monitoring and management of public opinion in the new media environment is now the focus of the central government, the Ministry of Public Security of the people's Republic of China, the General Administration of knowledge and publication, and the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. Therefore, the research on the supervision of public opinion in China is also thought-provoking and discussed. The author also has a strong interest in it. The main research contents and methods of the research at home and abroad, focusing on the new media language environment, the author will be through the new media environment in our country public opinion situation in-depth study, It also analyzes the problems existing in the present situation of public opinion in our country and the reasons for its formation, and then draws lessons from the successful experiences of relevant regions and countries, makes a comparative analysis, and uses various research methods to seek the best effective countermeasures for the supervision of public opinion in our country. The research on the supervision of public opinion in the new media environment is carried out.
