基于少数民族视角的民族团结教育研究

【摘要】:中华人民共和国是全国各族人民共同缔造的统一的多民族国家。加强和巩固全国各族人民的团结,关系到国家统一、边疆巩固、社会稳定,关系到社会主义现代化建设的成败和各民族自身的发展进步,关系到“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。近些年来,我国的民族关系出现了一些新情况,民族地区的改革发展稳定面临着一些新问题,特别是拉萨“3·14”和乌鲁木齐“7·5”等事件发生后,民族团结的巩固面临严峻考验。对国民进行系统、深入、有效的民族团结教育,在全社会形成共识、凝聚力量,既是长期的战略任务,也是当前的紧迫工作。少数民族是民族团结教育的重要实践主体。从少数民族视角研究民族团结教育,有助于进一步深化对民族团结教育的认识和理解,从而更好地推动民族团结教育的深入全面开展。少数民族视角既包括个人视角,也包括群体视角,其内涵主要体现在是政治视角上尚平等、经济视角上求共富、文化视角上保特色、社会视角上讲和谐。从少数民族视角关照民族团结教育,它应成为有色眼光的滤光镜、民族关系的安全带、合法权益的保护膜、交往交流的润滑剂、优秀文化的扩音器;民族团结教育实践应把握好以下几方面特点,即:教育目标的双重性、教育主体的多元性、教育客体的全民性、教育内容的丰富性、教育载体的多样性、教育成效的实践性。从少数民族视角来促进民族团结教育,在发展与方向上要实现从“自上而下”到“上下联动”、从“二元并立”到“多元互动”、从“晓之以理”到“情理并重”、从“书本教育”到“实践教育”的转变;在理念与愿景上要坚守法治、发展、包容、守望的理念,让各民族享有平等权利、走向共同富裕、传承特色文化、共建和谐家园;在途经与资源上要抓好干部教育、学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育,用好方方面面的资源;在保障与激励上要完善法律保障和机制保障,强化参与激励和竞争激励。
[Abstract]:The people's Republic of China is a unified multi-ethnic state created jointly by the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country. Strengthening and consolidating the unity of the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country has a bearing on national unity, the consolidation of border areas and social stability. It is related to the success or failure of socialist modernization construction and the development and progress of all nationalities themselves, to the goal of "two hundred years" and to the realization of Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In recent years, There have been some new situations in our country's ethnic relations, and the reform, development and stability of ethnic areas are facing some new problems, especially after the events such as "March 14" in Lhasa and "7.5" in Urumqi, the consolidation of national unity is facing a severe test. A deep and effective education of national unity, forming a consensus in the whole society and gathering strength is a long-term strategic task. It is also an urgent task at present. Ethnic minorities are important practice subjects in the education of national unity. To study the education of national unity from the perspective of ethnic minorities is conducive to further deepening the understanding and understanding of the education of national unity. In order to better promote the development of the education of national unity in an all-round way, the perspective of ethnic minorities includes both individual and group perspectives, the connotation of which is mainly reflected in the political perspective of equality, the economic perspective of seeking to be rich together. From the perspective of ethnic minorities, it should become a filter for colored vision, a seat belt for ethnic relations, a protective film for legitimate rights and interests, and a lubricant for exchanges and exchanges. In the practice of national unity education, the following characteristics should be grasped: the duality of educational objectives, the plurality of educational subjects, the universality of educational objects, the richness of educational contents, and the diversity of educational carriers. From the perspective of ethnic minorities to promote national unity education, In the development and direction, we should realize the transformation from "top-down" to "upper-down linkage", from "duality parallel" to "multiple interaction", from "reasonable" to "reasonable", from "book education" to "practical education"; We should adhere to the concept of the rule of law, development, tolerance, and keeping watch in terms of ideas and visions, so that all ethnic groups can enjoy equal rights, move towards common prosperity, inherit characteristic cultures, and jointly build a harmonious homeland; we should do a good job in cadre education and school education in ways and resources. Family education, social education, make good use of all aspects of resources, in terms of protection and incentive to improve the legal and mechanism protection, strengthen participation and competition incentives.
