云南民族互嵌研究

【摘要】：2014年以来,党中央根据我国民族发展面临的新情况、新问题和新挑战,提出了“建立各民族相互嵌入的社会结构和社区环境,促进各民族相互了解、相互尊重、相互包容、相互欣赏、相互学习、相互帮助,筑牢各族人民共同维护祖国统一、维护民族团结、维护社会稳定的钢铁长城。”本文基于以上背景,立足云南民族的历史与现实,提出了民族互嵌理论,并阐释了民族互嵌式社会结构的构成要素；通过对云南民族互嵌格局的分析,总结了建立民族互嵌式社会结构的经验。在新的历史条件下,经济政治体制改革不断深入,社会结构深刻变迁,文化多元多样多变日益凸显,如何建立民族互嵌式社会结构,为中华民族伟大复兴凝聚力量已经成为一个重大的理论和现实问题。本文通过对民族理论的梳理,结合马克思主义民族理论中国化的最新成果,以民族互嵌理论为分析框架,阐释了组成民族互嵌理论的人口互嵌、生存空间互嵌、政治互嵌、经济互嵌、文化互嵌等六个方面的内容。本文以云南民族发展史为依据,通过大量史料证明,云南已经形成了各民族相互嵌入的社会结构。云南民族人口互嵌主要分为“民族人口的自在嵌入”和“汉民族规模化移民嵌入”两种形式。自在嵌入的主体是低羌、百越和百濮三个民族集团,以汉民族为主体的军事移民、生计移民和商贸移民是云南规模化移民的主要方式。生存空间的互嵌主要表现为动态空间互嵌和静态空间互嵌,道衢的拓展在空间互嵌中起到纽带的作用。经济互嵌是民族互嵌格局形成的重要动力。在国家治理过程中,代表国家权威的经济政策和经济制度既是民族发展的根本动力,又是促进民族互嵌的助推器。而政治嵌入则是一把双刃剑。积极的政治制度和民族政策会促进地方势力和中央权威的有机互嵌,而消极的政治嵌入则会导致地方民族的脱嵌。文化互嵌是民族互嵌的重要表征。中华文化对云南民族文化发挥着引导和重塑的作用。族际婚姻互嵌是反映民族相互嵌入程度的重要指标,云南不但具有族际婚姻互嵌的历史文化基础,也有大量的族际婚姻互嵌的实践。云南民族互嵌的经验对多民族地区构建各民族相互嵌入的社会结构和社区环境具有重要的借鉴意义。

This paper puts forward the theory of ethnic intercalation and explains the elements of the social structure of ethnic mutualism, and sums up the experience of establishing the social structure of ethnic inlay through the analysis of the pattern of ethnic inlay in Yunnan. Under the new historical conditions, the reform of the economic and political system is deepening, the social structure is undergoing profound changes, and the diversity and diversity of culture are becoming increasingly prominent. It has become an important theoretical and practical problem to unite the strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through combing the national theory, combining with the latest achievements of the Sinicization of Marxist national theory, this paper takes the theory of ethnic intercalation as the analytical framework. This paper expounds the six aspects of the theory of ethnic intercalation: population intercalation, living space intercalation, political intercalation, economic intercalation and cultural intercalation. Based on the history of ethnic development in Yunnan, this paper is proved by a great deal of historical data. Yunnan has formed a social structure in which all ethnic groups are embedded in each other. The ethnic population intercalation in Yunnan is mainly divided into two forms: "the free embedding of the ethnic population" and "the embedding of the Han nationality on a large scale". The main body of the embedding is the low Qiang nationality. The three ethnic groups of Baiyue and Baipu, with Han nationality as the main body of military immigrants, livelihood migrants and commercial immigrants, are the main means of large-scale migration in Yunnan. The interoperability of living space is mainly manifested in dynamic spatial intercalation and static spatial interlocking. The expansion of thoroughfare plays a role as a link in spatial intercalation. Economic intercalation is an important driving force for the formation of ethnic interlocking patterns. In the process of national governance, economic policies and economic systems, which represent the authority of the state, are the fundamental driving force for the development of the nation. Political embedding is a double-edged sword. An active political system and national policies will promote the organic interplay between local forces and central authorities. The negative political embeddedness will lead to the disembling of the local ethnic groups. Cultural intercalation is an important symbol of the ethnic intercalation. The Chinese culture plays a guiding and remolding role on the Yunnan national culture. The inter-ethnic marriage intercalation is the reflection of the ethnic phase. An important indicator of the degree of interpenetration, Yunnan not only has a historical and cultural foundation of inter-ethnic marriage, There is also a lot of practice of inter-ethnic marriage. The experience of ethnic inlay in Yunnan is of great significance to the construction of the social structure and community environment of various ethnic groups in multi-ethnic areas.
