现状、机遇、路径:“一带一路”战略下的民族发展

【摘要】：当前,我国实施和推进的"一带一路"战略为少数民族和西部民族地区经济与社会发展带来了历史性的新机遇,提供了新导向。新的历史条件下,创新、完善"对口支援"和"西部大开发"等国家区域援助政策和区域发展战略,要同推进"一带一路"建设有机结合起来,紧紧围绕国际国内两个"互联互通",发挥"对口支援"政策、"西部大开发"战略的功能与作用,在"一带一路"战略下促进当代中国的民族发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the "Belt and Road" strategy implemented and promoted by our country has brought historic new opportunities for the economic and social development of ethnic minority and western minority areas, and provided a new direction for innovation under the new historical conditions. To improve national regional aid policies and regional development strategies, such as "counterpart support" and "the Great Development of the West," we should combine them organically with the promotion of the construction of "Belt and Road." Closely revolves around the international and domestic two "interconnection", exerts "the corresponding support" policy, "the western development" strategy function and the function, under "Belt and Road" strategy promotes the contemporary China's national development.
