当代中国社会治理精细化转型及路径探析

【摘要】：十八届五中全会提出推进社会治理精细化,为创新社会治理指明了方向。社会治理精细化是对以往粗放式管理的反思和矫正,既是历史发展趋势,又具有较强的现实需要。目前推进社会治理精细化已经具备了条件和前提,但在思维方式、政府组织结构、社会治理自身特点等方面仍存在制约因素。下一步应从治理结构、治理体系、治理工具、治理流程、治理制度、治理理念等六个方面推进社会治理精细化,以社会治理精细化推进国家治理现代化。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the refinement of social governance, which points out the direction for innovating social governance. The refinement of social governance is a reflection and correction of the extensive management of the past, which is a historical development trend. At present, there are conditions and preconditions for promoting the refinement of social governance, but there are still some restrictive factors in the way of thinking, the structure of the government, the characteristics of the social governance, etc. The next step should be the structure of governance. Governance system, governance tools, governance process, governance system, governance concept and other six aspects of promoting social governance refinement, with social governance refinement to promote national governance modernization.
