机关内耗有何表现,有何危害

【摘要】:机关内耗是组织要素紊乱、组织结构畸变、组织功能异化和组织环境不良等综合作用的结果。它扭曲组织价值目标,畸变组织制度程序,异化组织运行逻辑,蚕食组织文化生态,影响恶劣持久,实可谓组织之"隐形杀手",必须对其高度重视,进行有效治理。
[Abstract]:The internal friction of organs is the result of the disordered organizational elements, the distortion of organizational structure, the dissimilation of organizational function and the unfavorable organizational environment, which distorts the value objectives of organizations, distorts the organizational system procedures, and dissimilates the organization's operating logic. It can be described as "invisible killer" of organization because of its encroachment on culture and ecology of organization, which must be taken seriously and managed effectively.
