社会稳定目标导向下民族地区的民众心理干预研究

【摘要】：社会稳定源于社会治理,这种治理一方面是法律法规等制度化的治理;另一方面,则是民众心理意识的引导和规范。相对于国家法律法规对社会控制的直接性,通过心理干预影响民众的思维方式,规范着人们的日常行为,对社会稳定的影响更加有效,而这种心理治理也相对较为困难。少数民族地区社会稳定意义重大,民族民众心理意识发展很大程度上影响着民族地区社会稳定,而民族民众心理意识又相对特殊和复杂。从地区社会稳定出发,民族民众心理意识需要针对性地干预,这种干预一方面是物质基础上的改观;另一方面,则是民族民众思想意识的引导。
[Abstract]:Social stability originates from social governance, which, on the one hand, is institutionalized governance, such as laws and regulations; on the other hand, it is the guidance and standardization of people's psychological consciousness.Compared with the directness of the national laws and regulations to the social control, the psychological intervention influences the people's thinking mode, standardizes the people's daily behavior, and the influence on the social stability is more effective, and this kind of psychological management is relatively difficult.The social stability in minority areas is of great significance, and the development of the psychological consciousness of the ethnic masses affects the social stability of the minority areas to a great extent, and the psychological consciousness of the ethnic masses is relatively special and complex.From the point of view of regional social stability, the psychological consciousness of the ethnic masses needs to be interfered with. On the one hand, the intervention is a change on the material basis; on the other hand, it is the guidance of the ideological consciousness of the national populace.
