西方边疆理论的发展走向与我国边疆治理的战略回应

【摘要】：正二战以后,国家疆域形态发生了重大改变,新形态边疆也随之产生。边疆拓展、边疆战略和边疆治理在国家发展中的意义也日渐凸显出来。在此背景下,西方主要国家和地区的新边疆理论纷纷出现,并与边疆实践相互促进,促成了边疆理论的进一步发展,进而推动了边疆形态的演变,以及边疆战略和边疆治理实践的调整。对中国而言,应当从中汲取有益启示,以更好地适应时代发展的需要,推动国家边疆治理理论和治理实践的发展与完善。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the form of national territory changed greatly, and the new form of frontier came into being.Border development, border strategy and border governance in the national development of the significance is also increasingly prominent.Under this background, the new frontier theory of the main western countries and regions appeared one after another, and promoted the practice of the frontier, which contributed to the further development of the frontier theory, and then promoted the evolution of the frontier form.And border strategy and frontier governance practice adjustment.For China, it is necessary to draw useful inspiration from it in order to better adapt to the needs of the development of the times and to promote the development and perfection of the theory and practice of national borderland governance.
